Anti-slavery and human trafficking policy

The Modern Slavery Act 2015 was enacted to “make provision about slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour and about human trafficking”. Modern slavery and human trafficking are crimes and a violation of human rights.

Dendy Neville prohibits the practice of modern slavery and human trafficking in its operations and supply chain and while we do not operate in a high risk sector, we are nonetheless committed to upholding the ethical and professional standards encapsulated by the Act. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that such practices are not taking place within our organisation or among our suppliers.

Our policy applies to all persons working for or on behalf of Dendy Neville in any capacity including, but not limited to, employees at all levels, directors and suppliers.

• We will operate a zero tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking in any form. We will never knowingly engage with any business or individual involved in slavery or human trafficking.
• We will carry out due diligence of new, and ongoing reviews of existing, suppliers to ensure compliance with anti-slavery and human trafficking laws.
• We will ensure that our employees are aware of the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking and are encouraged to report any concerns they may have.
• We will periodically review and update this policy to ensure its effectiveness.

The directors of Dendy Neville are responsible for implementing and overseeing this policy and will take appropriate action against any person(s) or company for non-compliance.
